What to do with a complaint?

AnyKind works with specialists who are affiliated with professional associations. This means that we adhere to the quality requirements set by these professional associations.

If you are not satisfied with the actions of or work with one of our specialists, we hope that you will report this to us. We would be happy to talk to you and try to find a solution together with you. You can find out more about our internal complaints procedure here.


Professional code

If you believe that a specialist has not complied with the professional code, you have the option of submitting a complaint against him/her to the Supervisory Board of the relevant professional association of the specialist.
